Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using YourAI Zero ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. Age Requirement

YourAI Zero is intended for users aged 18 years and older. The Software uses uncensored AI models that do not have built-in content filters. By purchasing or using the Software, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not purchase, download, or use the Software.

3. Nature of the Software

YourAI Zero is a desktop application that runs AI models locally on your device. You should be aware that:

• The Software uses uncensored AI models delivered through curated Profile Packs. These models do not have built-in content filters and may generate responses that some users find objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive.
• AI characters are simulated entities. They do not have consciousness, feelings, legal authority, medical expertise, or real-world identity. Do not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or misleading. You are solely responsible for how you use and interpret AI-generated output.
• All AI processing happens locally on your device. No conversations or AI outputs are sent to our servers.

4. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use YourAI Zero on up to 3 devices that you own or control. This license:

• Includes all future updates at no additional cost
• Allows reinstallation on the same device without consuming additional activations
• Does not permit redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or reverse engineering of the Software
• Does not permit extraction, redistribution, or commercial use of the bundled AI model weights, voices, or Profile Packs outside of the Software

5. License Keys & Activation

Each purchase generates a unique license key. You are responsible for keeping your key secure. Do not share your key publicly. If your key is compromised, contact us to have it revoked and reissued. Each key activates on up to 3 devices. If you reinstall on the same device, the existing activation is reused. Device activations are not user-transferable; contact support if an activation record needs administrative correction.

6. Updates

All updates to YourAI Zero are free forever. When a new version is available, the Software will notify you. Updates preserve all existing data including your license key, characters, memories, documents, and settings. Updates are optional — you may continue using any version you have installed.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use YourAI Zero to:

• Generate, store, or distribute content depicting minors in any sexual, abusive, or exploitative context
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or deepfakes of real people
• Harass, threaten, defame, or stalk any real person
• Generate content that incites violence, terrorism, or illegal activity
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the license verification system
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software or its components
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software, license keys, Profile Packs, or bundled AI model weights

8. User-Generated Content & Responsibility

All content generated through YourAI Zero — including conversations, AI outputs, memories, and documents — is created and stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for how you use, store, and share any content generated by the Software. We do not monitor, review, moderate, or have access to your locally generated content.

9. AI Model Weights & Profile Packs

The AI model weights and Profile Packs included with or downloadable through YourAI Zero are licensed for use within the Software only. You may not extract, copy, redistribute, sell, or use these model weights or Profile Packs outside of YourAI Zero unless the specific model's own license permits it. Each Profile Pack's model license is documented within the app.

10. Data Ownership

You own all data you create with the Software — your conversations, characters, memories, documents, settings, and backups. We do not claim any rights to your data. You may export, back up, or delete your data at any time through the app.

11. Privacy

YourAI Zero runs locally on your device. Your conversations, memories, characters, and documents never leave your computer. See our Privacy Policy for details on the limited data we collect for licensing and purchase processing.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall YourAI Zero or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Software, regardless of the cause of action. This includes but is not limited to damages arising from AI-generated content, data loss, hardware issues, or incompatibility with your system. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YourAI Zero, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Software, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke a license key if these terms are violated, including but not limited to: redistribution of the Software, sharing of license keys, generation of prohibited content as described in Section 7, or reverse engineering. Upon revocation, you must cease all use of the Software.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country you reside in.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or through the Software. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
